Surgimate wishes to remind you of the importance of correctly backing up the Surgimate ESRM system data.
Please ensure that your IT department has set up a Backup Maintenance Plan to perform nightly backups of the Surgimate & Surgimate_audit SQL databases, along with the associated transaction logs.

http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms191239(v=sql.105).aspx If backups are not performed correctly you are at risk of losing your Surgimate ESRM data.
